BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
Gracie Barra Channel Islands is the first Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class in the Channel Islands and the only academy affiliated with Gracie Barra Global.
The academy runs classes for students from as young as 5 years old, right through to competing black belts.
Gracie Barra Channel Islands has multiple black belts and qualified instructors, guaranteeing an extremely high level of teaching which all takes place in a very safe environment.
CLASSES
The class structure is the trademark of all Gracie Barra Schools. Classes start on time and adhere to a standardized curriculum and class structure.
As a student, you know up front what is expected of you and have a clear understanding of what to expect from your instructors and training partners.

Seminars
We hold several seminars per year with multi world champion Braulio Estima, including the very popular Summer Camp.
Other world class instructors have included Mauricio Gomes and Roger Gracie.
